Overacylation at aminooxy acetic acid (Aoa) is a well known and described problem. Amide functionality at Aoa and/or hindered protecting groups such as trityl prevent overacylation.
We offer an advanced Aoa building block resistant to overacylation, combining both - amide linkage (to Lys side chain) and a hindered protecting group (Mtt).
