Pseudoproline monomer for peptide synthesis. This building-block can be successfully coupled with many amino-acids using modern coupling techniques avoiding the need for pseudoproline dipeptides and giving the possibility to introduce pseudoprolines in peptides containing non-natural or rare amino-acids.
